Shipping Area:
  • We currently ship physical orders within the United States only.
  • Large items (such as bulk supplies or oversized gardening equipment) are available for delivery exclusively within the Phoenix Metro area, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Order Processing:
  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
  • Standard shipping is available for all orders within the U.S.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
  • For large or special items within the Phoenix Metro area, local delivery will be arranged directly with you. Additional delivery fees may apply and will be discussed prior to finalizing your order.
Delivery Times:
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Local Phoenix Metro deliveries are scheduled based on mutual availability and typically occur within 3-5 business days.
Special Arrangements:
  • If you are outside the Phoenix Metro area and interested in large or special items, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possible arrangements.
Order Issues:
  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
